You’ll be trusted to run your patch like it’s your own business. That means real ownership, clear targets, and the support to make things happen. No micromanagement. Just results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing sales volumes across independent and franchised dealer groups, with a focus on long-term relationships and strategic growth.
- Leading business reviews, analysing KPIs, and implementing rectification plans where needed including pricing and stock strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Claims, Finance, Marketing, Risk) to deliver a joined-up, best-in-class service to your accounts.
- Driving product penetration across the full asset protection suite, not just warranty.
- A solid track record in sales and customer account management, ideally in automotive or financial services.
- Strong commercial acumen: you know how to spot opportunities and turn them into revenue.
- Advanced Microsoft skills and a process-driven mindset.
- The ability to juggle priorities, influence stakeholders and deliver high-quality work at pace.
