  • £35,000 to £40,000 basic + 30%+ OTE, £600 per month car allowance, 4% employer pension, life insurance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
This is a role for someone who enjoys building proper relationships with dealers and wants to be known as the person who makes things happen. You will take ownership of a northern territory and work with a network of automotive dealerships to increase engagement, improve product understanding and grow performance.

The role is people-centric and commercial in equal measure. You will spend time face to face with dealer teams, helping them get the most from the product suite and keeping a clear view of what is working and what needs attention. With multiple new partnerships coming onboard, there is a strong pipeline and plenty to get stuck into from day one. You will be trusted to run your patch with support there when you need it.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering face to face onboarding and ongoing training to dealership teams across your territory
  • Supporting dealerships day to day with queries, training needs and product adoption
  • Building effective long term relationships with dealer groups so they realise the full commercial value of the solutions
  • Tracking dealer performance, spotting gaps and improving outcomes across the portfolio
What You’ll Need
  • Experience selling into dealerships or within the dealer services space is beneficial
  • A driven approach with the ambition to build a career rather than sit in neutral
  • Confidence presenting, training and influencing different stakeholders in person
  • Experience with value added products or aftermarket solutions is beneficial
