What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding and roll-out of new salary sacrifice schemes
  • Building strong relationships with clients through regular contact and review meetings
  • Delivering engaging presentations to employees and employers on scheme benefits and processes
  • Driving scheme uptake through confident, consultative selling and effective objection handling
What You’ll Need to Bring
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in salary sacrifice or employee benefits
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to simplify complex information
  • Highly organised, target-driven and resilient under pressure
