If you want to shape how a challenger FMCG brand connects with its audience, this is the role to do it. You’ll own the digital strategy end-to-end, building campaigns that create real emotional connection and drive measurable growth. This is a chance to take the reins on social, email, and content, working with a team that values creativity and pace over bureaucracy.
You’ll be reporting to a Marketing Manager who understands the importance of brand fame and cultural relevance. Expect autonomy, variety, and the chance to experiment with ideas that make a difference. What you’ll be doing
- Define campaign propositions that build brand love and cultural impact
- Own and implement brand communications architecture across all touchpoints
- Drive organic growth across social channels with standout content
- Manage email and blog pipelines, ensuring consistent, valuable output
- 3+ years in digital marketing or brand engagement, ideally FMCG
- Strong copywriting skills and a knack for tone of voice
- Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practice
- Evidence of data-led decision-making and KPI ownership
