This is a chance to shape the creative heartbeat of a fast-growing FMCG brand. You’ll take the lead on building distinctive visual assets that make their audience stop scrolling and start engaging. You’ll be the go-to for creative direction across owned channels, working closely with top-tier agencies and an ambitious marketing team. Expect variety: from concepting thumb-stopping social content to steering packaging briefs and retail media assets. Tight timelines? Reactive opportunities? You’ll handle both with confidence and flair.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the creative brand direction, delivering static and motion assets that elevate the brand
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to bring the brand platform to life
- Drive experimentation and optimisation to keep creative fresh and effective
- Support packaging and retail media briefs with high-quality design
- 3+ years’ experience in digital design across static and motion, with a strong portfolio
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven ability to build organic presence on social channels like Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Commercial mindset with a knack for creating assets that cut through
