A role built for someone who wants to stay and make an impact. Not a quick win. Not a revolving door. You will be stepping into a business with serious momentum, strong financials and the backing of a major European group. The brief is simple. Bring in the right kind of fleet management partnerships and build relationships that last.

You will have the freedom to work nationally with the support of consultants, marketing and bids from day one. Two office days a month keep you connected without tying you to a desk. The rest is about being where the customers are and shaping opportunities that matter.

What you'll be doing
  • Winning fleet management partnerships with UK corporates running 200 vehicles or more, along with UK based decision makers for global fleets
  • Running complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders without losing pace or control
  • Working closely with in house consultants from the start to deliver a differentiated sales process
  • Building long term commercial relationships that deliver retention not churn
What you'll need to bring
  • A proven record of consultative B2B sales in fleet, leasing or automotive
  • Experience closing high value deals with senior stakeholders who expect substance
  • A steady, credible style that suits long term partnership building
  • The ability to articulate value without relying on buzzwords or price
Who They Are
They are a fleet and mobility specialist with £32m turnover and EBITDA up twenty percent last year. They were acquired by a major European automotive group in 2024 and will merge with a well known international fleet management business by late 2026 under their parent company. The result will be a combined organisation offering both centralised global fleet models and local market capability.

The recruitment process is already moving. Phone screen then Teams interview then an in person presentation. The hiring lead will be away from 31 March to 9 April, so timelines will flex around this.
