Opportunity:
The business is well recognised within the On and Off-Trade market. The team is fantastic and has created a real buzz for the product - they now need someone to maintain the relationships they have built outside of London and take them to the next level, creating growth opportunities.
This is not your average Business Development Executive role; it’s about building the brand and creating a lasting relationship with your groups and ultimately helping grow the business. This role will see work within the On-Trade channel working closely with clients from bars, pubs, clubs, venue, and restaurant groups.
You will be responsible for driving availability, building, and maintaining customer relationships, whilst executing in-store sales and acting as an expert in their respective categories. You will also be responsible for working with all internal and external stakeholders to bring our sales and marketing plans to life.

These are the musts:
- Proven sales/negotiation skills
- A clear understanding of the On trade sales channel
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to utilise and understand category and financial insights
- Strong relationship-builder
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and being out on the road
- FMCG experience is an advantage but not essential
