What You’ll Be Doing
- Signing up new dealers to their Partnered Warranty programme, managing the full acquisition cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
- Driving policy and gross premium growth across your territory, with clear targets and the tools to hit them.
- Building strong relationships with dealer principals, delivering training and ensuring brand compliance.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and maximise cross-sell opportunities.
- Proven experience in new business acquisition ideally in automotive, finance, or a related sector.
- Strong communication and CRM discipline, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- A results-driven mindset, backed by analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes at pace.
