The business has grown steadily over more than 25 years and has built a strong reputation across rental, leasing, fleet management, insurance and vehicle sales. Their rental division is growing in a difficult market, supported by recent investment and wider group momentum. This role covers the Midlands and South, with a clear focus on new business, bespoke solutions and long-term account value. It is not an LCV-led role. They need someone who understands B2B rental in the passenger or premium vehicle space and can sell with credibility.
You will report into the Head of Rental and work closely with regional hubs and internal stakeholders to drive growth and uncover wider commercial opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- Winning new and reactivating lapsed accounts across the Midlands and South
- Selling tailored premium rental solutions into SME and enterprise customers
- Working with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities
- Building visibility through customer meetings, visits and events
- Experience in B2B rental sales, ideally within passenger or premium vehicles
- Confidence engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- A proactive approach and a genuine appetite for new business
