Commercial Analyst - Global Bank & Mobility Provider

• Hybrid | Full-Time | Hertfordshire (2 days a week)
• £40,000 - £50,000 basic, up to 10% bonus, 15% pension, salary sacrifice car, healthcare

You’ll be the person who makes the numbers land. Not just what happened, but why, what it means and what should change next. You’ll work closely with operational teams, support pricing activity and keep reporting tools and outputs sharp so stakeholders can act with confidence.

What you’ll be doing

• Producing performance analysis across a used car salary sacrifice offering, spotting trends and translating them into actions
• Delivering structured monthly reporting with clear insight, risks, and opportunities
• Supporting pricing activity, including timely implementation and highlighting areas that need deeper commercial review
• Maintaining and improving reporting tools to keep insight consistent, accurate and trusted

What you’ll need

• Experience in a commercial, financial, or analytical role where detail matters
• Strong analytical ability with the judgement to translate data into practical recommendations
• Confident communication skills, including creating clear decks and presenting to stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (any additional data visualisation tools are a bonus)
