This is a role for someone who enjoys variety. You’ll be supporting the Business Development Manager while managing your own portfolio of customers and distributors. You’ll be the person who keeps things moving from onboarding new clients to spotting growth opportunities and making sure the details are right. What you’ll be doing
- Driving new business: qualifying leads, managing enquiries, and converting opportunities into long-term clients
- Managing existing accounts and distributors across Europe, delivering agreed growth targets
- Coordinating key commercial processes, from S&OP updates to CRM data management
- Acting as the go-to support for the wider commercial team, ensuring meetings, training, and reporting run smoothly
- Solid experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for problem-solving
