This is a role for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of commercial thinking, data and real-world operational impact.

You’ll be joining a high-performing commercial team that plays a central role in shaping strategy, building new propositions and driving performance across a growing vehicle services portfolio. With responsibility spanning insurance, repairs and maintenance, this is a visible, high-impact role with regular exposure to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Owning and developing key commercial areas across insurance, repairs and maintenance, working closely with insurers and brokers
  • Delivering insight through regular and ad hoc analysis, reporting and performance reviews
  • Producing and interpreting monthly commercial and financial performance, including variance to budget and forecast
  • Improving performance tracking tools and recommending smarter, more scalable ways of working
What you’ll need:
  • Experience or strong exposure to car insurance and/or vehicle leasing
  • A proactive, curious mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
