This is for someone who can sell strategically and build long-term dealer relationships without needing their hand held. You’ll be joining an established player in UK software and telematics with 25+ years behind them and plenty of growth still in front of them. The proposition is strong, the customer experience is a genuine differentiator and the commercial ambition is clear.

The focus is dealer and OEM. Not transactional, not spray and pray. Think corporate relationships, well-structured deals and becoming a proper partner to dealer groups that want performance, visibility and control across fleet and tracking.

If you’re people-centric but commercially sharp, and you enjoy shaping how a channel grows rather than inheriting a patch and maintaining it, this has a lot going for it.

What you’ll be doing
  • Winning and developing dealer franchise relationships across the UK, with a focus on long-term value
  • Driving revenue through consultative sales activity and smart account development
  • Bringing strategic insight and best practice into dealer conversations so the customer stays front and centre
  • Working closely with internal teams to make sure delivery is slick and the experience matches the promise
What you’ll need
  • Proven B2B sales success within automotive, ideally selling software, telematics, or dealer/OEM solutions
  • Confidence building a portfolio from scratch and growing it with a structured approach
  • Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to influence across different roles and seniority levels
  • A pacey, improvement-minded style that raises standards without creating friction
