What You’ll Be Doing

• Own client onboarding and system configuration, translating real-world rules into platform setups
• Deliver consultative, high-empathy support via phone and email
• Manage data accuracy and technical setup with precision
• Build strong relationships with HR and Facilities teams to maximise platform value

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Experience in HR, payroll, or facilities administration
• Understanding of rotas, shifts, or staff records in a business setting
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts
• Tech confidence with HRIS & CRM's
