What You’ll Be Doing
- Own client onboarding and system configuration, translating real-world rules into platform setups
- Deliver consultative, high-empathy support via phone and email
- Manage data accuracy and technical setup with precision
- Build strong relationships with HR and Facilities teams to maximise platform value
- Experience in HR, payroll, or facilities administration
- Understanding of rotas, shifts, or staff records in a business setting
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts
- Tech confidence with HRIS & CRM's
