This is a chance to take ownership of a flagship account and shape how Customer Success works in the UK. If you want a role with real influence rather than firefighting, this is the one.

You will be the dedicated Customer Success Manager for a major national brand. You will sit inside their operation for part of the week, build trust quickly, and become the person they turn to when they want things done. The work is fast paced, commercially important, and highly visible inside both organisations.

This is not a role where you wait for issues to land in your inbox. You will be at the centre of a growing partnership, clearing roadblocks, spotting opportunities, and championing the account internally. What you will be doing
  • Owning the end to end relationship with a major UK customer and driving adoption, growth, and long term retention.
  • Embedding yourself onsite a few days each week, building senior stakeholder relationships and keeping the partnership moving.
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks then coordinating internal teams to fix them quickly.
  • Managing renewals, supporting expansion opportunities, and keeping Salesforce updated with meaningful activity.
What you will need to bring
  • Strong Customer Success or Account Management experience in telematics, IoT, or a related technical environment.
  • Real gravitas, with the confidence to work directly with senior stakeholders.
  • A structured, proactive approach to programme or project management.
  • High energy, commercial awareness, and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
