This is also one of the few roles where you will be across the table from Fleet Directors and senior OEM leaders weekly, not waiting in line for someone else to lead the discussion.
Their growth is sharp, sustained and fuelled by demand for fast moving, short lead time supply. They now need a commercially astute operator who knows how to leverage OEM relationships and secure volume in a competitive, fast paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of OEM partnerships and securing short lead time stock on the strongest commercial terms.
- Onboarding new manufacturers, including emerging entrants accelerating their UK presence
- Leading quarterly business reviews, weekly campaign calls and the negotiation of commercial and legal terms.
- Influencing internal stakeholders to align on pricing, supply and acquisition strategy.
- Deep automotive experience with OEM or leasing procurement exposure.
- A proven negotiation track record and confidence handling commercial and legal terms.
- Data led thinking with the ability to benchmark offers and justify recommendations clearly.
- A stable career history that builds credibility with senior OEM stakeholders.
