This is a senior leadership role with real clout where you’ll be driving strategy, leading a national team and winning big in the UK fleet market. Expect autonomy, influence and the backing of a fast-growing business that values commercial impact over corporate fluff.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and coaching a national team of Business Development Managers to hit ambitious new business targets.
  • Driving acquisition of B2B fleet customers (100+ vehicles) across Cars, LCVs, HGVs and specialist vehicles.
  • Embedding best-in-class sales methodologies and ensuring pipeline discipline through CRM excellence.
  • Shaping strategic sales plans and supporting major pitches with senior decision-makers.
What You’ll Need to Bring
  • Proven success leading B2B sales teams in fleet, automotive, leasing or related sectors.
  • A track record of delivering new business growth and managing multi-million-pound pipelines.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with commercial acumen and board-level gravitas.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, performance management and stakeholder engagement.
