You’ll take full control of a fast-growing Foodservice channel within a healthy snacking food business that is genuinely disrupting its category. This is not account management by spreadsheet. You’ll shape strategy, own the P&L and build long-term partnerships that move the dial.
The setup is hybrid and grown up. You’ll be home based, spending time in the field with customers, and in the London office twice a week with the wider team. You’ll have autonomy, backing and the chance to put your stamp on a channel that is scaling quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and growing national Foodservice accounts across wholesale and distribution, with full P&L responsibility
- Building and executing joint business plans that deliver sustainable volume, value and margin growth
- Winning new business with regional and national Foodservice partners aligned to channel strategy
- Working closely with senior commercial stakeholders to shape and deliver the wider
- 3–5 years’ FMCG sales experience, ideally within UK Foodservice
- A strong track record of managing and growing complex customer accounts
- Commercial confidence with pricing, promotions and margin management
- Energy, independence and the judgement to operate well in a scaling business
