What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer support queries via phone and email
  • Triaging helpdesk tickets and managing the technical support inbox
  • Providing first-line support across hardware, software, and systems
  • Coordinating engineer visits and assisting with device shipments
What You’ll Need to Bring
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A knack for problem-solving and delivering great customer service
  • Solid computer literacy and basic troubleshooting ability
  • Good time management and attention to detail
