You’ll be stepping into a high-impact role managing 20+ enterprise fleet & leasing accounts across 13 European markets — think ALD, Ayvens, Arval — with a remit that touches nearly 20% of group revenue.
The package is strong, the bonus is uncapped, and the setup is fully remote with all the kit provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning a portfolio of enterprise clients across Europe, driving retention and revenue growth.
- Leading quarterly reviews, upsell conversations, and strategic account planning.
- Selling data-driven products — databases, APIs, compliance tools — into fleet and finance.
- Travelling for key client meetings, building relationships that stick
- Fluent German and solid experience ideally in the fleet or finance space.
- A track record of managing complex accounts and hitting revenue targets.
- Confidence and credibility with senior stakeholders — you’ll be pitching to VPs.
- A competitive edge, ideally shaped by sport or similar.
