• Hybrid working – Hertfordshire office 3/4 days
• £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary, 5%-10% Bonus, 10%+ Pension, Flexible benefits package

You'll manage vehicle maintenance approvals, reduce downtime, and ensure a slick customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for vehicle breakdowns, SMR, tyre replacement, and downtime management
• Approving and auditing repair requests to ensure efficient, cost-effective resolutions
• Working closely with dealerships, manufacturers, and suppliers to keep drivers mobile
• Using your technical knowledge and commercial judgement to challenge costs and improve turnaround times

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Extensive experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, including EVs
• Background in a franchised dealership or leasing/contract hire environment
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset
• High level of competence in Excel and cost audit functions
