• Location: Lincolnshire
• £130,000 - £165,000 basic salary
• Very attractive incentive plan with ability to earn £200,000+

Background
A leading manufacturer of Commercial Vehicle solutions known for their innovation and quality, specialising in creating bespoke vehicles tailored for their client’s needs. Built to the very highest standards they operate with customers across a whole host of different industries.

It is a hugely exciting time; following acquisition we are looking for a proven Managing Director and leader to spearhead the next phase of growth. Over the last 5 years the business has posted some brilliant results. Yet opportunity still lies everywhere and the foundations and financial oxygen exist to grow the business at a tremendous rate.

This is a genuine leadership role where your style, vision, commercial acumen and structured approach will impact every area of the business. Working closely with the Group CEO you will take ownership of all UK operations.

If you are a proven commercial leader and feel you are ready for the step up into General Management, we want to hear from you. Alternatively, you are already in a MD role and are looking for a new, fresh adventure where the opportunity for growth exists in abundance.

This role has real breadth so experience across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and finance will be particularly useful.

Needless to say you will have a proven, demonstrable track record of success but we are particularly interested in backgrounds that cover the B2B markets including Automotive, Commercial Vehicles, Fleet Management, Electronics, Engineering, Telematics & Manufacturing.
