- £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus, gym membership, paid socials, parking, 23 days holiday rising to 25 after 2 years
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead multi-channel activity across paid search, paid social, SEO and email, driving lead generation and brand visibility. You’ll also play a key role in hiring and mentoring a direct report, building capability and raising the bar for performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO and email.
- Drive lead generation and campaign performance using data and KPIs to maximise ROI.
- Manage budgets and optimise spend for measurable growth.
- Hire and develop a direct report to build a high-performing marketing function.
- Proven B2B SaaS or B2B technology marketing experience with strong digital acquisition skills.
- Hands-on expertise in paid search and paid social, not just agency oversight.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
- A fast-paced, strategic approach and excellent communication skills.
