National Van Fleet Sales Manager
You’ll lead, coach and develop a team of BDMs while also owning key fleet accounts yourself. This isn’t a back-seat management job, it’s hands-on leadership with real commercial ownership. Expect a blend of strategy, execution, relationship management and setting the standard for what “great” looks like in fleet sales.
You’ll be growing market share across your region, shaping the sales strategy, supporting your team on complex deals and making sure every part of the customer experience reflects the businesses values of respect, performance and passion.
It’s a role for someone who loves the detail, enjoys coaching, and knows how to influence internally as well as externally but still gets a buzz from winning business themselves.

- £60,000–£70,000 base + commission up to £52,000 & Company car
- UK-wide travel | Commutable to Hertfordshire

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and coaching a team of Business Development Managers to hit ambitious fleet sales targets.
- Developing and executing regional strategies to grow market share and revenue.
- Owning relationships with major fleet clients, negotiating high-value deals and ensuring long-term retention.
- Carrying a personal sales target focused on key accounts for sustained growth.
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a strong track record in B2B fleet sales.
- Deep knowledge of commercial vehicles (LCVs) and consultative selling techniques.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, backed by CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- A valid UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel nationwide.
