What you'll be doing 

• Preparing and processing lease agreements and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant. 
• Coordinating with lenders, customers and internal teams to keep deals moving. 
• Tracking funding progress, resolving delays and maintaining clear, up to date records. 
• Producing operational and compliance reports that keep audits stress free. 

What you'll need to bring 

• Strong administrative experience in automotive, finance or leasing. 
• A sharp eye for detail and confidence juggling multiple moving parts. 
• Solid communication skills with a calm, organised approach. 
• Knowledge of DVLA, V5C or vehicle admin processes is a strong advantage.
