This is a role for someone who wants more than a seat at the table. You’ll be the technical linchpin between a fast-growing SaaS business and its most strategic partners. If you’ve cut your teeth in Salesforce consulting or technical project management and want to step into a role that blends delivery oversight with ecosystem growth, this is it.
  
For the first few months, you’ll keep the wheels turning with four or five key implementation partners. You’ll scope projects, manage budgets and troubleshoot escalations. You’ll be the person who knows what good looks like and makes sure partners deliver it. Once the that period ends, the role shifts up a gear.
  
You’ll start onboarding new partners, engage with global systems integrators like Accenture and Deloitte, and help shape the EMEA partner strategy. It’s structured now, entrepreneurial later.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage relationships with core implementation partners and a specialist data migration firm.
  • Scope and oversee partner-led projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality stay on track.
  • Develop partner-facing documentation and processes that raise the bar.
  • Drive future growth by onboarding new partners and engaging GSIs for co-sell opportunities.
What You’ll Need to Bring
  • Strong technical background, ideally from a Salesforce consulting or SI environment.
  • Experience scoping projects and managing delivery in a SaaS or enterprise software context.
  • Ability to handle complex partner relationships with confidence and clarity.
  • Commercial mindset with the curiosity to grow an ecosystem, not just maintain it.
