Recruitment Consultant - Automotive

• £25,000 – £40,000 basic, commission + bonus, Healthcare, 22+ days holiday

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and growing key accounts across the automotive ecosystem from OEMs to leasing, data, EV and mobility
• Building relationships with the sharpest minds in Automotive sales & marketing.
• Winning new business. We’ll help you build a focused, well-researched pipeline.
• Running the full 360° process including briefs, research, advertising, interviews, offers, strategy, content, follow-up. You own it.

What you’ll need to bring

• Recruitment experience or strong sales background – bonus points if it’s within automotive, tech or mobility markets
• Commercial curiosity - you care about your market and want to know who’s doing what. You know that conversations sit at the core of recruitment and won’t shy away from making calls. Telephones aren’t just for messaging!
• Emotional intelligence. You get people, fast. You read the room.
• Confidence and pace as you’ll be juggling multiple roles, people, deadlines and expectations all at once (and you’ll thrive on the challenge!)
