Recruitment Consultant - FMCG

• £28,000 - £40,000 basic + commission + bonus + healthcare + 22+ days holiday (increases YOY)
• Amersham / Hybrid Working (dependent on experience)

You'll be doing this:

• Managing and growing key client accounts, from fast-growing scale-ups to global food & drink giants.
• Building relationships with the sharpest minds in FMCG sales & marketing.
• Winning new business. We'll help you build a focused, well-researched pipeline.
• Running the full 360° process including briefs, research, advertising, interviews, offers, strategy, content, follow-up. You own it.

And you'll need this:

• Either recruitment experience or strong sales background within FMCG, retail or a consumer-facing sector.
• Commercial curiosity - you care about your market and want to know who's doing what. You know that conversations sit at the core of recruitment and won't shy away from making calls. Telephones aren't just for messaging!
• Emotional intelligence. You get people, fast. You read the room.
• Confidence and pace as you'll be juggling multiple roles, people, deadlines and expectations all at once (and you'll thrive on the challenge!)
