Looking for a role where your commercial instincts and relationship-building skills actually drive results? This is a field-based opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a region, energise existing dealership relationships, and bring new partners into the fold — all while working remotely with the backing of a high-growth motor finance business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of dealerships, brokers, and introducers across your region
  • Identifying and onboarding new partners, turning them into consistent producers
  • Delivering training, support, and commercial insight to maximise performance
  • Acting as the face of the brand — professionally, credibly, and with purpose
What You’ll Need to Bring
  • Proven field sales experience in financial services, ideally motor finance
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to tailor your approach to each partner
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
  • A solid grasp of TCF, Consumer Duty, and industry regulations
