We're looking for a highly professional individual who can develop big ticket business across the top AM100 dealers.
- £35,000–£45,000 basic + 50%+ bonus, company car & flexible benefits
- Midlands/North
Covering the Midlands and North, this role gives you the platform, autonomy, and backing to drive growth with some of the biggest names in the AM100. You’ll be selling services that actually add value – backed by a strong brand, smart digital tools, and a forward-thinking commercial team that wants to win.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities across large franchised and independent dealers
- Managing key relationships within the top 30 AM100 dealer groups
- Using insight and market knowledge to tailor commercially sound solutions
- Driving performance through regular reviews, margin management, and strategic planning
- A track record of consultative selling in the automotive sector – ideally dealer-facing
- Ability to navigate and close complex, big-ticket deals
- Confident communicator and relationship builder at all levels
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and commercially sharp
