You'll be doing this:
- Achieve volume and profit targets through pre-defined agreements with regional customers.
- Maintain detailed customer profiles to facilitate strategic planning and assess business potential.
- Develop and deliver value-added initiatives tailored to customer requirements.
- Use market knowledge to appraise and negotiate increased business shares by brand and product category.
- Comfortable being field-based, covering the Midlands/North area of the UK with some overnight stays.
- Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, creative self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Background in the tyre or automotive industry is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence is essential
