- Sales Executive – £25k basic + £55,000 OTE (uncapped commission), 23 days annual leave – 1 extra day for every year with business

This is a role for someone who thrives on the buzz of a deal, knows how to handle objections, and doesn’t need their hand held. You’ll be selling something people genuinely want and with access to top-tier vehicle funders and hundreds of dealership partners, you’ll have the tools to make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding quickly to inbound leads from web, social and partner channels
- Building strong customer relationships via phone, email and live chat
- Matching customers with the right leasing deals and closing the sale
- Keeping accurate records and following up to maintain long-term loyalty
- A proven track record of smashing sales targets
- Confident negotiation skills and the ability to close with ease
- Resilience, drive and a cool head under pressure
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive, self-starting attitude
