What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for major customers, leading reviews and driving service improvements.
  • Overseeing asset replacement programmes, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance at every stage.
  • Approving specifications and coordinating suppliers to deliver quality builds on time.
  • Leading a small team, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
  • Strong experience in contract or fleet management with a commercial focus.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
