Team Lead Contract Manager

• Location: North East
• £50,000, - £55,000, Company Bonus – Annually paid, Company Car or Allowance, Enhanced Pension of 11%, 25 days holiday rising to 29 with length of service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the senior point of contact for major customers, leading reviews and driving service improvements.
• Overseeing asset replacement programmes, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance at every stage.
• Approving specifications and coordinating suppliers to deliver quality builds on time.
• Leading a small team, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
