What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full warranty lifecycle — from claim intake to resolution
• Investigating recurring issues and feeding insights back into product development
• Supporting dealers with clear guidance on processes and systems
• Monitoring trends and driving improvements in claim accuracy and cost control

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Solid experience in warranty or aftersales management, ideally in manufacturing
• A sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of warranty frameworks
• Confidence using ERP or claim management systems
• The ability to assess root causes and validate claims with clarity
