In this key role, you’ll lead the charge in developing and executing a targeted commercial strategy. With an unwavering focus on results, you’ll unlock business opportunities, drive new product launches, and build powerful connections between the brand and some of the UK’s leading retailers.

As a trusted partner to their customers, you’ll:
  • Craft and deliver strategic joint business plans
  • Develop and execute tailored trading strategies alongside the Head of Retail.
  • Leverage insights, relationships, and product knowledge to identify and secure incremental opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, manage trading agreements, and forecast demand to stay ahead of the curve.
You:
We are looking for a talented NAM/SNAM looking for the opportunity to progress quickly and really take control of their career in a supportive and developmental business - but who wants to have some fun along the way.
  
Essential Experience
  • National Account Management is vital
  • P&L exposure
  • JBP & promotional calendar full exposure.
  • Previous experience of building and maintaining strong internal relationships at senior level.
  • Not be afraid to push back internally and externally and bring your ideas to the table.
  • A real hunter attitude to develop existing and forge new customer relationships.
