- £45,000 - £55,000 basic, Up to £18,000 bonus (uncapped) – accelerators to £27,000, 25 days holiday, Comprehensive benefits package
- Office – Based in West Midlands (some flexible working)
You'll be doing this:
- Leading the strategy across the internal sales team,
- Training staff to meet customer service expectations.
- Managing a team of internal account manager.
- Handling escalation enquiries from customers.
