- Salary £50,000 - £65,000 basic
- Car allowance: £400/month and can go into Volvo ECOS car scheme, Bonus: Non contractual and depends on performance 10%, Private Medical, Further flexible benefits
- Opportunities in the South, Midlands and Northern regions
You'll be doing this:
- Lead & support dealerships – Strengthen partnerships, ensure sales targets are met, and uphold top-tier customer service.
- Drive market competitiveness – Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to refine their positioning and strategy.
- Track & optimise performance – Monitor regional sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership – Support the Sales Director and Head of Regional Sales in shaping their UK market presence.
- Proven OEM experience within the automotive industry (EV experience a plus!)
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, competitive market
