This HR Tech business has a huge worldwide opportunity. Extremely well backed financially, they are ambitious in their growth plans and investing in the team to reflect their growth plans. With a tight knit and supportive team in place, they are looking for additional weight in their sales team to take their innovative, combined hardware and software model to customers in the UK and Europe.
  
About the Job
This is 360 sales role, some leads naturally come from marketing and brand prowess, but essentially you'll be responsible for finding and nurturing your own prospects, conducting product demos, both online and face to face, and then of course ultimately closing the deals.
  
You'll be encouraged to foster as rich a sales process as possible. Working mainly from home you'll be encouraged to build meaningful relationships with your prospects by meeting them face to face - something that we find is rare these days.
  
Deal sizes can vary, but essentially you'll target mid market sized accounts, companies with between 250 - 500 employees, ideally in a warehousing, manufacturing, retail or education markets, although the applications for the tech is endless.
  
You'll also be rewarded well, with a decent basic salary and commission that's realistic to £100k, earned and paid monthly.
  
About you
We're looking for a traditional new business hunter mentality. You'll thrive when introducing genuine prospects to technology that adds a huge amount of value and represents great efficiencies and savings
  • track record of around 3- 5 years of new business sales success
  • closing ability and experience
  • self starter - self motivated - autonomous but can also work in a team strategy
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • driving license and willingness to build deep relationships - visit people
  • Software / SaaS sales skills - but we don't mind what industry
  • Energetic, lively personality
