This business is in start up mode in the UK but are HUGE in APAC. The product is bang on trend and lends itself beautifully to social media – with influencers and tiktoker’s all over the brand.
  
You’ll work remotely and this will suit you down to the ground – you’ll be adept at managing your time efficiently and enjoy not being micromanaged. Don’t worry about feeling isolated from the team though. As the team in the UK is still small, every care is given to ensure everyone feels included and part of the journey – family feel environment is a huge cliché but you’ll feel that here.
  
You’ll have an entrepreneurial streak – which is great as the red tape in this role is minimal. You’ll roll up your sleeves and get on with whatever’s needed to get the job done. Which is exactly what’s needed here. We’re seeking bright, ambitious people – so if that’s you, get in touch.
  
There are some non-negotiables:
  • You must have NAM level experience managing soft drinks within the convenience & wholesale channel
  • You’ll have a thorough understanding of the channel, key customers and how to scale at pace
  • You can demonstrate success and existing relationships within the channel and category
And you’ll be doing this:
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key customers as well as developing relationships with new ones
  • Own the channel promotional plan
  • Managing and building distribution, position, price and market share within the channel.
  • Developing strategies for success during customer category reviews, utilising analytical data and key insights
  • Leading and supporting the implementation of joint customer category plans.
