Hiring into newly created division/team, we're looking for a dynamic & driven salesperson who loves the thrill of closing deals!
***Whilst automotive finance experience would be beneficial. I will happily consider individuals with a good commercial dealer services background, who are willing to get stuck in a learn a new sector***
  • Home-based - You need to be based in and around these areas ideally - Bristol, South Wales, Plymouth and Exeter
  • £35,000 - £40,000 Basic (plus £5,000 booster), £10,000+ bonus, Company car

Background:
This mobility & finance provider has seen significant growth over the last couple of years which has been further developed as a result of a major merger.
  
Offering a full funding solution to their dealer partners, they continue seeing massive results in 2024 despite a challenging market.
  
As a result, they are looking for a hire into a newly created division that will be working with the franchise dealer network to provide prime finance solutions.
  
Opportunity:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Area Sales Manager will have a proven track record of commercial sales from within the automotive finance or dealer services industry.
  
Once settled you will become the go-to contact for everything finance related across the dealer network. Offering prime funding to franchise dealers, large independents and car supermarkets.
  
You'll be a dynamic and driven salesperson who enjoys the thrill of presenting and closing deals. You'll manage and develop a portfolio of dealerships and ultimately increase the finance penetration throughout your network.
  
Enthusiasm and relationship building are necessary to succeed in this role, as well as understanding the automotive industry and its requirements.
  
You:
  • Proven relationship manager with a passion for forging relationships with automotive retailers
  • A proactive worker who is self-motivated and capable of running a field-based territory.
  • Confident presenting to all levels of stakeholders in the dealer space.
  • Strong selling, negotiating, reporting and commercial skills.
  • Full UK driving license and prepared to travel across the UK
