As the On-Trade Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving volume and ensuring quality distribution. You will also have the exciting task of developing a premium brand image and recruiting external personnel through innovative field strategies. You will optimize available resources to achieve the business plan objectives by leading and managing a team across both traditional and non-traditional on-trade establishments.

- £50,000 - £59,000 Basic Salary, Bonus 20%, Company Car, Private Healthcare, 25 days holiday allowance

- Experience within FMCG Food & Drink is of ultimate importance especially selling into to the On Trade.
- At least 2-3 years managing a Field Sales Team.
- Be a strong leader that is adaptable and likes to get their hands dirty.
- You’ll ooze huge amounts of passion for the brand.
- Ambition – you thrive within a fast-paced environment and want to grow within your career!
- Hold a UK Driving Licence
