- Home based/Office based (3 days a week) – North West London
- £30,000 - £38,000 basic, Up to 20% bonus, Pension 4%, Life insurance, Income Protection, Health cash plan – Claim back towards health treatments, 25 days holiday

You'll be doing this:
- Manage performance and motivate team.
- Handle coaching and delivery oversight.
- Support their manager in project work and process improvements.
- Helping to develop a customer service policy.
- Handle escalation enquiries from customers.
- A proven Team leader with a passion for forging team relations.
- A proactive worker who is self-motivated to and used to being in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong reporting and commercial skills.
- Confident and articulate in all forms of communication and is able adapt their style to suit each situation or audience.
