What you’ll be doing

• Manage supplier performance across a broad portfolio – from tyres to telematics – with full accountability for reporting and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships that deliver cost-effective, customer-centric service.
• Analyse performance data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement and value creation.
• Support tendering and contract processes, escalating risks and ensuring full compliance and operational excellence.

What you’ll need to bring

• Experience managing supplier performance in automotive, leasing, or related sectors.
• Confidence in using data and KPIs to guide decisions, challenge performance, and spot opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgement and an eye for the customer experience.
• Comfort navigating risk frameworks and managing key stakeholder relationships with ease
