From shaping insurer relationships to leading analytical insight and financial reporting, your work will influence decisions at the very top. With a strong salary and senior visibility, this is a role for someone who’s ready to lead, question, and deliver.

You'll be doing this:
Work collaboratively with insurers and insurance brokers to evaluate and influence scheme performance.
Deliver both regular and ad hoc analysis to highlight areas of opportunity and risk.
Prepare and analyse monthly commercial and financial reports.
Serve as a business partner to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Review and improve performance tracking tools, recommending systemic solutions to support a scaling portfolio.

And you'll need this:

• Experience in car insurance, vehicle leasing, or a related services sector.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communicator with a commercial instinct and confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised, deadline-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
