They’re growing their reach into the SME fleet market, and need someone hungry to grow their client base, build relationships that last, and help define how they do fleet at scale. In return? What you’ll be doing
  • Identify, target, and close new SME fleet clients
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across leasing, insurance, and fleet management.
  • Own the full sales cycle
  • Partner with internal ops and tech teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing account success.
What you’ll need to bring
  • Business development or sales experience, ideally in fleet, automotive, or similar service-based industries.
  • Confidence and clarity in your communication with the drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organised and adaptable. This is a new role, so structure and initiative matter.
  • CRM savvy (Salesforce ideal), data-literate, and ready to travel across the UK when needed.
