  • Regional Manager – Automotive Finance
  • £55,000 basic + annual bonus + company car or allowance
  • Stockport & Stoke territory
This is a commercially focused sales role for someone who knows their way around the dealer network and wants to step into a position with more autonomy, more strategy – and a lot more opportunity. You’ll take full ownership of a defined regional territory, with the backing of a business that’s evolving fast and investing in people who can move the dial.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of franchised and independent dealers across passenger cars, LCVs, and motorbikes
  • Driving sales growth across your territory – both through retention and new business wins
  • Building trusted partnerships with dealers, helping them sell more finance, more profitably
  • Acting as a strategic advisor, supporting with queries, deals, and long-term account development
What you’ll need to bring
  • A proven sales track record in automotive finance or a related dealer-facing role
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with commercial stakeholders
  • A self-motivated approach – you’re confident managing your own time and territory
  • A solid understanding of the FCA and regulatory landscape (or the appetite to get up to speed quickly)
