Ready to lead a dynamic sales team and drive business growth? As the Sales Team Leader for a market leading FN50 business, you’ll be at the forefront of their leasing strategy for two inhouse brands, working closely with key stakeholders to achieve ambitious sales targets. Picture yourself optimising team performance, managing the dealer referral scheme, and making a tangible impact on their business.
  
You'll be doing this:
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to exceed sales targets.
  • Implement and oversee the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Manage the dealer referral scheme to maximise lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchised dealerships, providing ongoing support and training.
And you'll need this:
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the automotive or financial services industry is desirable.
