What you’ll be doing
- Identify, target, and close new SME fleet clients
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across leasing, insurance, and fleet management.
- Own the full sales cycle
- Partner with internal ops and tech teams to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing account success.
- Business development or sales experience, ideally in fleet, automotive, or similar service-based industries.
- Confidence and clarity in your communication with the drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Highly organised and adaptable. This is a new role, so structure and initiative matter.
- CRM savvy (Salesforce ideal), data-literate, and ready to travel across the UK when needed.
