What You’ll Be Doing:
- OEM Client Engagement: Become the face of the company for your European client base, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute tailored Customer Success Strategies for each client.
- Advise clients on best practices for implementing the company's products to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in multi-agency and strategic meetings, working closely with colleagues to drive results.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing OEM client relationships in a customer success environment.
- Industry Insight: Significant experience within the OEM industry or software and technology into the space.
- Strong ability to interact with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
