You’ll relish the challenge of managing 4 of the biggest accounts in the business, in Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose, and Coop, taking full ownership of your portfolio. For a driven, high-performing Senior National Account Manager, this role offers the chance to be an integral part of the sales team, driving growth and shaping the future of the business.
You'll be doing this:
- Manage strategic accounts with key retail partners, including Top 4 grocery chains.
- Engage proactively with customers, leveraging new product development (NPD) and market trends.
- Drive NPD sales across both existing and new categories.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure consistent delivery and strong product availability.
- Oversee full P&L responsibilities for your accounts, including financial forecasting.
- Proven experience in strategic account management, particularly within the retail sector.
- A proactive and tenacious attitude, with a passion for driving growth.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret sales performance data.
- Experience managing P&L responsibilities and financial forecasting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
